We do not send promotions, newsletters, sales offers, abandoned-cart messages, or any other marketing by text.

After purchase you receive a private setup link. On that page, entering a mobile number by itself does not opt you in. Text messages begin only if you check a separate, optional box that is not pre-checked and reads:

This checkbox is separate from accepting our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We store the date and time of consent, the number, the exact wording shown, the version of that wording, and the page where it happened.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

Reply STOP to any Footage Fusion text and we stop texting that number immediately — reminders, invitation resends, updates and delivery texts alike. Your project continues by email. Reply HELP and we reply with our contact details.

Text messages are entirely optional. Customers who decline still purchase normally, complete setup, receive recording links and reminders, submit recordings and receive their finished video — all by email.

If a purchaser gives us a contributor's mobile number, that contributor is contacted by email. They receive texts only if they later give consent themselves for their own number.

Footage Fusion does not sell or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
