I Meant To Record My Mom's Stories.
She told the same stories my whole life — the ones about her childhood, our family, the things she believed. I always figured I'd sit down with her one day and get them on video.
Then she got sick, and things got worse by the day, and that day never came.
What I have now is a few saved voicemails. I'm grateful for them. But they aren't the stories, and they aren't the lessons she meant to hand down. Footage Fusion exists so the people who come after you don't have to settle for what happened to be saved by accident.

Your finished video is a compilation of the recordings we received, assembled exactly as they were given — so there are no revision rounds. If we make a mistake on our end, we always fix it at no charge.

What is Family Stories?
A set of guided questions someone answers on video, in their own face and voice — their memories, their people, what they learned. We organize the answers into one finished piece your family keeps.
How many questions do we get?
That's what the packages are: 5, 10 or 15 stories. You can always add more stories later.
Do they have to record it all at once?
No. They answer one prompt at a time, whenever they have a few minutes. Most people spread it over days or weeks.
Do I need any equipment or an app?
No. Everything happens through a private link that opens in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer. There is nothing to download and nothing to set up.
What if the person recording isn't good with technology?
They tap one link, see one question at a time, and press record — and they can re-record as many times as they want. They also don't have to do it alone. A family member can hold the phone, read them the questions and hit record for them. If anyone gets stuck, email us and we'll walk them through it.
How long does it take to get the finished video?
The clock starts once all the recordings are in. We'll confirm the delivery date with you after purchase, and you'll hear from us at each step so you're never guessing.
Can I buy this as a gift?
Yes, and most people do. You pay, we send the recording link to whoever is recording, and the finished video comes to you to give them.
Do I get to keep it?
Yes. You can watch it, share it and download it, so it lives somewhere you control — not just on our site.
Who can see our videos?
Only the people you share the link with. We don't publish, sell or use your recordings for marketing without your written permission.
