The Basics
Do I need any equipment or an app?
No. Everything happens through a private link that opens in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer. There is nothing to download and nothing to set up.
What if the person recording isn't good with technology?
They tap one link, see one question at a time, and press record — and they can re-record as many times as they want. They also don't have to do it alone. A family member can hold the phone, read them the questions and hit record for them. If anyone gets stuck, email us and we'll walk them through it.
How long does it take to get the finished video?
The clock starts once all the recordings are in. We'll confirm the delivery date with you after purchase, and you'll hear from us at each step so you're never guessing.
Can I buy this as a gift?
Yes, and most people do. You pay, we send the recording link to whoever is recording, and the finished video comes to you to give them.
Do I get to keep it?
Yes. You can watch it, share it and download it, so it lives somewhere you control — not just on our site.
Who can see our videos?
Only the people you share the link with. We don't publish, sell or use your recordings for marketing without your written permission.
StoryKeeper
What is a StoryKeeper?
A set of guided questions someone answers on video, in their own face and voice — their memories, their people, what they learned. We organize the answers into one finished piece your family keeps.
How many questions do we get?
That's what the packages are: 5, 10 or 15 stories. You can always add more stories or another storyteller later.
Do they have to record it all at once?
No. They answer one prompt at a time, whenever they have a few minutes. Most people spread it over days or weeks.
Tributes
What is a Tribute?
Other people's words, for someone you love. You send one link, people record short video messages, and we bring them together into one finished video you can play for them.
What does "up to 10 recordings" mean?
It's the total number of recordings, not the number of people. One person can record ten messages, or ten people can each record one.
What if some people never record?
We build the Tribute from what comes in, and we'll nudge people for you before the deadline. You are never left waiting on someone else.

How much time does my team have to spend?
You record short answers to questions we send you, on a phone. Most teams spend under an hour a month.

From the things you already answer out loud every day — from customers, your team, your clients and your board. We build your question list from your work, and keep adding to it so you never face a blank page.
Can I cancel?
It's a monthly subscription. You can cancel before your next billing date and you keep every video we've delivered.
