Each month's videos are that month's production capacity. Record six of ten and we produce six — the other four expire at renewal, when your full new allowance arrives.
First drafts normally begin within 3–5 business days of usable footage arriving. Large batches move through a queue and are delivered progressively, not all at once.
Each monthly batch includes one round of revisions covering all videos in that batch. Submit all requested changes together within 5 business days of delivery, and we'll apply them once per video. Additional requests after that window may be billed separately. Errors on our end are always fixed at no charge.
Package quantities represent available production capacity. Unused questions, message capacity, recording opportunities, video credits or monthly production capacity do not roll over and have no cash value.
